Q: What kind of shipping methods you can provide?

A: We can deliver the goods by DHL, standard shipping, the Standard Shipping includes E-packet and Post Parcel. When you choose the Standard Shipping, we will ship to you by the best shipping method according to your address and the order items, and impossible ship to P.O.Box.

We ship the same day for all orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. The goods will be delivered within 24 hours.

Delivery dates are only estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, national holidays, and some geographic locations.

Q: What type of packaging will my order be delivered in?

A: Your order is shipped in standard packaging.

Q: What do I do if my parcel is not delivered?

A: If you don’t receive your package, double-check your tracking information. We also suggest checking in with neighbors, front desk, or anywhere it may have been delivered. If you still can’t find it, please let us know.

Please note: you must report damaged or missing items to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in a denied claim by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy.

Q: What if the parcel is damaged?

A: If possible, check your parcel for damage before you sign for it. If you see the damage, refrain from signing for it and hand it back to the courier to return to us. Please contact the Advken After Sale Team: if you notice the damage after delivery.

Report damaged products to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the delivery carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Within 24 hours of your order being placed, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. Then you can track your order status on this website However, orders placed on weekends and holidays can take up to three business days to ship.

You can also find your tracking information in the “Order History” section of your account.

Q: What if I have items missing from my order?

A: Sometimes orders dispatch in separate packages. If you do not receive all of your items within three business days, let us know as soon as you can.

You can double-check your order and view your tracking information on your account dashboard.

Q: What the time I can return the items after buying it?

A: We offer the warranty for customers as long as to 3 months, for all ADVKEN hardware device. So you can return it within 3 months after you get it.

Q: When will I get the replacement after returns?

A: 1) Generally, we will ship the replacements along with your new orders after receiving your defective products information and confirming the problems.

     2) Sometimes when the replacement is not available, we will ship your order out firstly in case any shipment delay and send you the replacement along with your next order.
